This vigorous Japanese morning glory is a prolific bloomer, produces large, ruffled, intense, ocean-blue flowers that stay open the whole day. These eye-catching flowers change to purple by evening time. If the weather is cool, they even remain open until the next morning, when they become pink in color. White variegated cicada leaves.
